The rendered façade of the Healthcare Centre had become affected by a black mould which had blighted the appearance of the building. Due to the large flat roof at ground level, a large truck mounted access solution was required in order to safely gain access to the high level rendered elements.

On completion of the initial superheated water clean a biocide was applied to the render to treat any remaining elements organic growth. Over time this works to lighten the render bringing it back to its former state.
